Delinquent Contractor Information

CIB will post regularly updated information available on delinquent contractors as provided to the association by the Central Laborers Funds and Central Illinois Carpenters Health and Welfare Trust. These lists may be of importance to general contractors for a variety of reasons. Fringe benefit funds are obligated to pursue employers who are delinquent in their contributions. This process may entail liens and/or lawsuits as well as labor unions taking jobsite action, all of which can cause significant difficulty for general contractors at a later date. CIB assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of this information and use of this information should be verified with the entities listed below prior to taking any action.
